In the afternoon of September 13, 2021, Hebei Provincial Vocational Skill Identification Guidance Center organized some enterprises directly under the provincial government, and held a site promotion meeting for vocational skill level identification in our company.
A total of 13 enterprises participated in the meeting. The meeting was hosted by Li Jujie, deputy director of the provincial vocational skills identification guidance center. Liu Liping, vice general manager of the company, gave a welcome speech, Zhang Junqi, director of the human resources department of the company, and Zhou Jingwei, director of the skill identification department of State Grid Hebei Electric Power Co., Ltd., gave an introduction to the experience of independent identification, Gong Junli, the minister of the provincial vocational skills identification guidance center, introduced the enterprise independent evaluation policy, Wei Li, the director of Shijiazhuang Qiaoxi District Employment Bureau, introduced the policy of skills upgrading action, and the participating enterprises had a discussion and exchange on the problems encountered in the vocational skills level identification work.
At the end, Deputy Director Li Jujie made a concluding speech, pointing out that our company's " vocational skill level reform scheme " is consistent with the relevant policies, and the program is feasible and worthy of reference and promotion. Through the participants' experience introduction, policy interpretation and interactive exchange, the purpose of the meeting was achieved. At the same time, three requirements were put forward to the participating enterprises: 1. fully understand the significance of enterprise vocational skills evaluation; 2. make full use of the policy dividend and actively carry out the training and evaluation of skilled personnel; 3. actively summarize the experience, establish the enterprise evaluation system and realize the action of skills upgrading.
