The project is located in Mashanzi Town, Beihai New District, Binzhou City, invested by Binzhou Beihai Xinhe New Material Co. The coal plant is about 153 meters long in the north-south direction, 102 meters wide in the east-west direction and about 12 meters high. The work volume included excavation of 377 m³ of foundation soil, 54 m³ of cushion pouring, 3,617 m³ of formwork processing, installation and dismantling, 306 m³ of independent foundation pouring, 994 m³ of rectangular column pouring and 144 t of steel processing and installation.
Since the project was a technical transformation project and the plant was in operation, coordinating the construction site and cross construction with the production workshop personnel was the key and difficult point of the project. The column of this project was designed as a concrete structure with steel structure, and there were several processes between civil construction and installation, and the independent column was 1300 mm*1300 mm and 12 m high, which made the construction difficult, and the formwork support system needed to be verified on site several times to ensure the forming effect met the requirements of Party A before the formal construction could start.
The project was started on December 12, 2020 and completed on June 1, 2021, which lasted 171 calendar days. During the process of the project, the quality, safety, schedule and cost of the project were fully controlled in strict accordance with the requirements of the relevant national codes, standards and mandatory provisions of construction works, and through the efforts of all construction personnel, the construction tasks were successfully completed and the goal of passing the environmental inspection and acceptance by the Party A was achieved.
Through this project, the steady improvement of coal yard efficiency and the working environment of coal yard staff were ensured, and good social benefits were achieved.
