This project is located in Gaodu Village, Xiwu Town, Xingping City, Shaanxi Province. Entrusted by Fengchu (Xingping) Food Co., Ltd, our company has undertaken the pile foundation project of this project, which mainly includes the pile foundation of 2# plant, 3# warehouse and 8# plant. 2# and 3# plant have a total of 1,120 bored piles with a total design volume of about 20,000m³. 8# plant has a total of 477 PHC-600-110 pipe piles.
In this project, the pile foundation of 2# and 3# plant was drilled by long auger drill, after the concrete grouting was completed, the placement of rebar cage was carried out, and the placement of rebar cage was carried out by 25 T crane and vibration bar and vibrator. After entering the hole, the cage needed to be centered in the hole. Starting with sinking by the weight of the cage and the hammer, when it cannot sink by itself (about 3/1-3/2 cage length), immediately started the vibration hammer, and sank the rebar cage while vibrating the concrete. After the reinforcement cage sank to the elevation of the pile top with the vibration, double hanging bars were used to fix the position of the reinforcement cage, slowly pulled out the conduit from the pile body and started the vibration hammer to complete the construction of the pile. When encountering the phenomenon of collapse of the hole, the surface concrete will be cleaned out manually first, and then the drilling rig will drive to the hole to make up the space.
8# plant adopted static pressure method to sink piles. According to geological conditions, design requirements and site test pressure results, the bearing capacity was design to be 5,800 KN, when the pressure reaches the 1.1 times of bearing capacity, then stop pressing.
The project started on March 06, 2021 and completed on August 20, 2021. 2# and 3# warehouses were completed on May 30, 2021, and 447 pipe piles were added to 8# plant. The owner commissioned a third party to carry out pile bearing capacity and pile integrity testing, the test results are all qualified.
