The project is located in Fuyu County, Heilongjiang Province. The project is located in the Economic Development Zone of Fu County, Heilongjiang Province. The work includes the piling construction of the refining workshop, fermentation workshop, extraction workshop, soybean meal, mother liquor hydrolysis workshop, acid and alkali tank area, strain R&D pilot building, waste liquid receiving tank, concentrated liquid storage tank, fire water tank, liquid ammonia tank, soda ash storage, and bacteriophage protein workshop in the monosodium glutamate section of Yihai Kerry Biotechnology Co., Ltd.
The project was started on July 8, 2021 and completed on October 8, 2021. A total of 4,184 long auger bored piles with pile diameter of 500 mm, concrete strength grade of C30 and pile length ranging from 13.5m to 19.5m were completed.
According to the characteristics of this project, during the construction process, the cooperation of drilling rod lifting speed and concrete pumping volume, and the control of reinforcement cage elevation were taken as the key points of quality control in this project, and strict standards were set to ensure the quality of the project. With the joint efforts of all construction personnel, the construction quality, safety and progress management of the project met the contract requirements and achieved the goal of "zero" accident management, which was praised by all. The passing rate of pile foundation inspection was 100%, which reached the quality standard of the specified acceptance specification.
