Commissioned by Hebei Xiong'an Business Service Center Co., Ltd, our company undertook the construction of pipe piles and the excavation of soil during pile foundation testing for this project. There are 2,296 PHC01, PHC02 and PHC03 piles in total (42,681 meters in total) and about 750 m3 of earth excavation.
The project was started on September 19, 2020 and completed on October 27, 2020, which lasted 38 days and met the schedule requirements of the contract. 17 PHC pipe piles were tested with static load, and the test results met the design requirements; 689 piles were tested with low strain, all of which were Class I piles.
The project department overcame the difficulties of construction organization, high requirements for construction measures during the rainy season, and the tight schedule, and successfully completed the pile foundation construction with the persistent efforts of the owner, the supervisory department, and all the project staff. The construction progress was completed with safety and quality, and the construction schedule was ensured.
