This project is located in Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas (PTP) and Tanjun Bin, Johor, Malaysia. It is jointly invested by MMC agencies and the federal government, our company is mainly responsible for the construction of pile foundations.
Pulai River Bridge Project Bridge 1-Crossing Anak Sungai Boh, Bridge 2-Crossing Sungai Boh and Bridge 3-Crossing Sungai Pulai, with a total of 120 Φ1,000mm piles and 232 Φ2,000mm piles.
Construction began on June 19, 2018 and all three abutments were completed on August 10, 2021. A total of 352 piles were completed, the length of the pile below the ground was 58 m, and the concrete strength grade was C40.
Although affected by the epidemic, raw material supply and other issues, all the staff of the project department worked together to take countermeasures to ensure the material supply of the project according to the characteristics of the project, thus ensuring the construction period, and at the same time resolutely implementing the safety first and prevention-oriented policy during the construction process, strengthening safety management, and no safety accidents occurred during the project.
In the whole construction process, the project department attached great importance to environmental protection work, designated a special person to be responsible for environmental protection work and responsible for the management and coordination of the surrounding environment of the construction and the construction site area, regularly inspected the environment of the construction area, and no environmental pollution accidents occurred. Through the efforts of all the staff of the project department, the construction safety and construction quality were ensured, and the construction task was successfully completed, which was unanimously praised by the owner and the supervision unit.
