The project is located in Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province, entrusted by the Northwest Branch of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Group Co., Ltd., our company undertakes the pile foundation construction of this project. The total length of the road is 3,805m, with a total of 358 pile foundations, and the length of piles varies from 28-69m, including 47 piles with pile diameter of 1.3m, 261 piles with a diameter of 1.5m,50 piles with a diameter of 1.8m.
The project was started on January 20, 2019 and completed on October 15, 2020, which lasted 680 days, completing the contracted surveying and setting out, drilling rig setting, temporary casing burial and pulling out, permanent casing burial, drilling, primary hole clearing, steel cage (including sound pipe) production, transportation and installation, conduit installation, slurry preparation, secondary hole clearing, concrete pouring, pile head chiseling, pile foundation testing, etc.
A total of 358 pile foundations were completed, and the pile integrity was qualified by ultrasonic testing, meeting the quality requirements of the general contractor and laying a good foundation for further deepening cooperation.
