The project is located in Yueyang City, Hunan Province. Entrusted by Sinopec Baling Petrochemical Co., Ltd., our company undertakes the pile foundation construction of this project.
The project started on January 18, 2021, and was completed on September 24, 2021. Our company has completed a total of 4,776 bored piles with a diameter of 600mm, 170 bored piles with a diameter of 800mm. The concrete grade is C30 and C35P8. The pile end of 600mm diameter should be into the moderate weathering slate ≥1.2m, The pile end of diameter 800mm should be into the moderate weathered slate ≥ 1.6m.
In the construction process, the project department strictly implemented the relevant provisions in the compilation of rules and regulations of the owner and the company, strictly organized, scientifically managed, meticulously constructed, fully accepted the management and supervision of the owner, the supervising engineer and the administrative department, self-inspected and re-inspected the quality, progress and safety of the project, put an end to the flow of unqualified products to the next process of excellence in the work, the test pass rate is 100%, meeting the bidding documents and contract requirements, and meeting the quality standards of the specified acceptance specifications. We also achieved "zero" safety accidents and ensured the quality, safety and progress of the project.
