Entrusted by Yunnan Yunlan Expressway Investment and Development Co., Ltd., our company undertakes the pile foundation construction of this project.
The project is located in Yunlong County, Dali City, Yunnan Province, with construction starting on June 10, 2020 and completion on April 30, 2021. Our company completed a total of 292 piles. Among them, there are 156 φ1500mm bored piles with a length of 28.15m.; 15 φ1700mm bored piles with an average length of 25m; 28 φ1800mm bored piles with an average length of 25m; 23 φ1900 bored piles with an average length of 25.1m; 60 φ2000mm bored piles with an average length of 34.2m; 10 φ2200mm bored piles with an average length of 26.2m. The overall and phased construction progress meets the requirements of the general contractor.
All 292 engineering piles in this project are tested by ultrasonic and drilling core methods, the bearing capacity, pile integrity and strength of the single pile of this project meet the specifications and design requirements, and the result is that the pile foundation is 100% qualified, which meets the requirements of the relevant acceptance standards of the Inspection and Evaluation Quality Standards for Highway Engineering (JTG F80/1-2017).
During the construction period, the project department actively coordinated with the general contractor, the supervision department and other units, and well completed the objectives of various tasks, which was unanimously praised by the owner, the general contractor and the supervision unit, and laid a good foundation for the subsequent construction task.
