Sinopec Longkou LNG Storage Tank Project is located in Longkou City, Shandong Province, entrusted by Sinopec Yantai Longkou Liquefied Natural Gas Co., Ltd., our company undertakes the pile foundation construction of this project. There are 423 piles with a diameter of 1400mm in the project, of which 182 piles are about 46.2m long and 241 piles are about 46.4m long, with a theoretical volume of about 31,000m³.
The construction content includes surveying and setting out, drilling, pouring, production of steel cage, placement of steel cages, construction of short column, etc.
The construction period of this project is urgent, officially started on September 18, 2021, and completed on November 15, 2021, lasting 58 days. We completed 423 piles, 423 sets of reinforcement cages, 423 short columns of cast-in-place structure, a total of 5 sub-projects and 215 inspection batches. The hole depth, hole diameter, verticality, mud index before filling and the rebar cage diameter, length and welding quality of TK-03 tank were all accepted by the owner's quality inspection engineers and supervision engineers, and the passing rate reached 100%. There were 423 pile foundations tested, and all the tested items were qualified.
The project department actively coordinated with the designers, project managers, owners, supervisors and other units during the construction period, and completed the project objectives well, which was well received by the owners, project managers and supervisors, and won the title of Sinopec Excellent Contractor, and laid a good foundation for the subsequent construction tasks to be undertaken.
