The project is located in Zengdu District, Suizhou City, invested and constructed by CHN Enerygy Changyuan Electric Power Co., Ltd., the project plans to build a 2×660MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired generating unit, and reserves conditions for the expansion of 2×1000MW units. Our company undertakes the construction of 2,452 piles in this project, the minimum distance between piles is 1.8m, and the pile diameter is 800mm and 600mm. The construction adopts the construction process of bored piles, and the hole is formed by rotary drilling rig.
The work of this project includes surveying and setting out, borehole formation, slurry preparation and treatment, steel cage production, steel cage transportation and placement, acceptance of commercial concrete, concrete pouring, slurry (sludge) transportation to the owner's designated location, and cooperation with pile testing, data transfer, etc. A total of 2,452 piles have been completed.
The project was started on 01 January 2021 and completed on 05 March 2022. After the completion of the project, the owner entrusted the third party pile foundation testing unit to carry out testing, through the vertical static load test, high strain and low strain test, the testing results were all qualified and met the contract quality requirements.
