The project is located in Baotou City, Inner Mongolia, and is invested by Inner Mongolia Huayun New Materials Co., Ltd. Our company was responsible for the construction of the test pile of this project.
The construction date of the test pile project is from March 17, 2022 to March 19, 2022, and a total of 9 concrete bored piles with a diameter of 600 mm have been completed, with pile lengths of 14m, 21m and 24m, concrete strength grades of C40 and impermeability grades of P8.
The use of CFG piles in this project overcame the difficulty of backfill formation in this area, not only ensured the quality of pile formation, but also greatly improved the construction efficiency, and was able to successfully complete the construction task according to the contract requirements, which was highly recognized by the owner and the supervisor, and laid a good foundation for the normal construction of the next process, as well as won the recognition and trust of Baotou Aluminum Co., Ltd.
