This project is located in Rongcheng County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, invested by Hebei Xiong'an Zhihui City Construction and Development Co. of Power Construction Corporation of China. Our company was responsible for the construction of pit support and pile construction of this project, and the construction of pile is the construction of support piles.
The project has a tight schedule, a large volume of work, a special geographical location, and many anchor construction is affected by the pipeline corridor, which is not easy to construct. There are a lot of cross work at each working surface and many interfering factors, and the excavation, pit support and foundation treatment are carried out simultaneously, which has high requirements on our construction organization.
The project started on June 09, 2021, and the was completed on August 27, 2021, with a construction period of 80 calendar days. With the joint efforts of all construction personnel, a total of about 2540 m² of spray surface, about 4310 m of soil nail wall, about 3170 m of anchor cables, about 520 m of steel middle beam, about 325 m of top beams and about 280 m of water retaining walls were completed. A total of 331 bored piles were completed, including 212 supporting piles with diameter of 0.6m, 45 supporting piles with diameter of 0.8m and 62 piles with diameter of 1.0m. 6 test piles with diameter of 0.6m diameter and 6 test piles with diameter of 0.8m were completed.
During the construction of this project, the project staff actively coordinated and communicated with the general contractor, designer, supervisor and other units on site, organized and dispatched scientifically and reasonably, strictly controlled the quality and safety, and used wet spraying machine for spraying surface operation, which greatly accelerated the construction efficiency and completed the task objectives well. This project is divided into 3 sub-projects, a total of 12 inspection batches, including 4 anchor inspection batches, 4 bored pile inspection batches and 4 soil nail wall inspection batches. After the inspection, all the main control items were qualified and the general items met the specification requirements, which laid a good foundation for the smooth development of the subsequent construction.
