The project is located in Handan City, Hebei Province, invested by Tianjin Tiantie Co., Ltd., and our company was responsible for the pile foundation construction of the project.
The construction of this project was officially started on January 9, 2021 and completed on February 3, 2021, lasting 26 days, meeting the requirements of 30 days. A total of more than 320 piles were constructed, with pile diameters of 500mm and 600mm.
This project is a non-stop operation, which demands high requirements for reasonable arrangement, deployment and management on site, and requires reasonable arrangement of operation partition to ensure the efficiency of equipment operation. Moreover, there are many construction processes in this project and many cross-construction caused by the simultaneous construction of each process. We set up construction management personnel for the construction of pile foundations, according to the site plan, zoning management and reasonable planning of the operation time of each process, thus forming parallel flowing construction between each process and improving the project implementation progress. According to the site investigation and the information provided by the owner, there are a lot of original plant foundation in the lower part of the proposed structure, and the rotary drilling rig cannot drill holes. In order to ensure the progress of the project and to complete the task of pile foundation project with quality and quantity, the original foundation of the lower part of the proposed structure was crushed and excavated with 3 excavators to remove backfill before drilling.
In the construction of the project, the quality of each process was strictly controlled, and the quality inspector of each process conducted strict self-inspection and submitted to the supervising engineer and the owner for inspection and acceptance after passing the self-inspection. The inspection results showed that all processes were constructed according to the design requirements and specifications, and the construction quality was qualified.
