The project is located in Zhoukou City, Henan Province, invested by Yihai (Zhoukou) Grain and Oil Industry Co., Ltd., and our company was responsible for the pile foundation construction of the project.
The construction method of this project is CFG with post insert reinforcement, with ⑧ powder soil or ⑨ powder clay as the pile end bearing layer. When the concrete pouring is completed, the crane, crawler crane and vibration bar and vibrator (with closed link) will cooperate to place the reinforcement cage.
The project was started on April 18, 2022 and completed on May 26, 2022, with a total construction period of 38 days and more than 1,000 piles in total. The owner commissioned a third-party testing company to carry out pile bearing capacity and pile integrity testing, the number of piles tested is not less than 50% (at least 1 for 3 pile bearings; at least 2 for 4 pile bearings), the test results are all qualified.
