The project is located in Xiong'an New District, invested by the State Grid Hebei Electric Power Co., Ltd. Construction Company, our company mainly completed the site leveling of about 18,700 square meters, bored piles construction of more than 280, pile heads breaking more than 280, retaining wall construction of about 2,080 m³, concrete beam and column construction about 470 m³, rebar fabrication about 830 t, etc.
The project started on October 15, 2020 and was completed on August 25, 2021, lasting 310 days to meet the contract duration requirements. A total of more than 280 pile foundations have been completed, and the pass rate has reached 100% after acceptance by the owner's quality inspection engineer and supervision engineer. There are 84 low strain tests on the pile foundation, and all the items tested are Class I piles.
The construction wall of retaining wall of this project is 5.5m high and 1m thick, which is connected to the wall as a whole through the reserved reinforcement at the top of the pile to strengthen the integrity of the retaining wall. All the main control items of the station area retaining wall are qualified, and the general items meet the specification requirements.
