The project is located in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, invested by Chengdu ESWIN Systems Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd. The construction scope is all pile foundation construction and 1# building pit support (support pile and top beam construction), the main parts include 1# FAB Plant (main plant), 2# CUB Plant (power station).
The project started on November 29, 2021 and was completed on February 28, 2022. In total, more than 1,600 piles (including about 90 supporting piles) with diameter of 800mm were completed, the single pile length was about 10m, the top beam was completed about 120m, and more than 1,600 sets of reinforcement cages were made and installed. More than 1,600 piles were tested with low strain, 20 piles were tested with vertical static load, and 520 piles were tested with acoustic transmission, and the passing rate reached 100%.
With the joint efforts of all the staff of the project department and the strong support of the owner, the project has successfully completed the construction tasks, and the construction progress, quality and safety management have been unanimously recognized and praised by the owner, laying a good foundation for long-term cooperation in the future.
