This project is located in Handan, Hebei Province, invested by HBIS Group Hansteel Co., Ltd. and our company was responsible for the construction of pile construction of 30 single units, such as coke oven gas and water treatment and desalination water station.
The project was started on August 7, 2021 and completed on April 22, 2022. More than 300 piles with the diameter of 800mm and 2,830 piles with the diameter of 600mm were completed. After third-party testing, using single pile vertical compressive static load test, low strain detection test and high strain detection test, the test results all meet the design and specification requirements.
During the construction process, the progress control was focused on the construction progress required by the owner, the quality control was focused on the depth of entering the bearing layer, prevention of hole collapse, slagging at the bottom of the hole and the quality of pile construction. Under the unfavorable situation of tight schedule, heavy task and difficult construction, the construction task was successfully completed in strict accordance with the requirements of schedule, quality and safety of the owner, supervisor and related departments, which was unanimously approved and praised by the owner and supervisory department and laid a solid foundation for the subsequent construction tasks.
