This project is located in Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, invested by DC Construction Branch of State Grid Corporation of China, our company was responsible for the pile foundation construction of this project.
The diameter of bored piles in this project is 600mm and 800mm, and the pile length is between 6m and 45m, depending on the depth into the bearing layer at the pile end. The stratum surrounding the pile body is mainly composed of ①solid fill, ①1powdered clay, ②loess loess-like powder, ③powdered soil, ⑤1sandstone, ⑥1mudstone, etc.
The project started on August 16, 2019 and was completed on July 09, 2020, with a total of more than 4,100 piles completed. Among them, more than 680 piles are 800mm in diameter and more than 3400 piles are 600mm in diameter. The pile construction meets the design and specification requirements with 100% qualification rate.
