This project is located in Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province, invested by Lianyungang Petrochemical Co., Ltd. Our company undertook the foundation treatment of this project, and completed a total foundation treatment area of about 730 Mu.
The project has the following characteristics: ① Large construction site, the main plant and cryogenic tank area together covers an area of about 730 Mu. ②Concentration of labor during the construction process, including the vacuum membrane laying requires the organization of nearly 200 people in 2 days for simultaneous construction, and it is difficult to organize such a scale of personnel to enter the site for a short period of time under the influence of the COVID epidemic. ③ The total project life cycle is 285 days, during which the project department is affected by the sudden outbreak of epidemic, and the project department has overcome a lot of difficulties in the whole cycle to finally complete the construction task successfully. ④ There are many technical priorities. This project includes raw material control, drainage board construction, vacuum pipe network connection, geotextile and sealing membrane laying to vacuum pump installation and later maintenance and monitoring, any problem in any of them will affect the final foundation treatment effect, but the project department has successfully controlled the quality of each construction link through scientific and strict organization and supervision, so that the project can reach the acceptance standard.
The project started on December 1, 2019 and was completed on September 10, 2020, with an actual construction period of 285 days. Through the efforts and dedication of all the staff of the project department, the project progress met the requirements of the owner, the project quality met the design requirements and the testing results were qualified, no safety problems and environmental pollution occurred, and finally passed the acceptance, not only achieved good benefits, but also established a good reputation in the local market, laying a solid foundation for the future development of similar projects.
