The project is located in Tengzhou City, Shandong Province, invested by Tengzhou Fuyuan Low Calorific Value Fuel Cogeneration Power Co., Ltd., our company has undertaken the construction of the pile foundation of this project, the main construction content is the construction of bored piles, CFG piles, PHC pipe piles. A total of more than 1,800 piles, more than 1,900 CFG piles, about 1,000 m³ of bedding layer and more than 1,100 pipe piles have been completed.
Construction began on February 28, 2018 and was completed on March 14, 2022, with a construction period of 1475 calendar days. The engineering characteristics of this project are that the early workload is large and the construction schedule is tight, and the late construction is cross-constructed with other construction units, which has many interfering factors and is difficult to coordinate.
During the construction of this project, automatic welding machine was used, which greatly accelerated the efficiency of steel cage making and ensured the construction quality and progress. The pile depth, hole diameter, verticality and other indexes of the bored piles were all accepted by the quality inspection engineer of the general contractor and the supervising engineer, and the passing rate reached 100%. The pile verticality, pile position deviation, pile diameter, pile length and other indexes of CFG piles were all accepted by the quality inspection engineer of the general contractor and the supervising engineer, and the passing rate reached 100%. The pile position deviation, pile welding seam quality, pile top elevation, etc. of PHC pipe piles were inspected and accepted by the quality inspection engineer of the general contractor and the supervising engineer, and the passing rate reached 100%.
During the construction period of this project, the project staff actively communicated with the general contractor, designer, supervisor, owner and other units, and completed all stages of construction tasks with high quality, which laid a good foundation for the subsequent construction tasks to be undertaken.
