This wind farm project is located in Jingyuan, Baiyin City, Gansu Province, entrusted by Guodian Gansu New Energy Co., Ltd, our company is responsible for the pile foundation construction of this project.
The turbine foundation of this wind farm adopts round table reinforced concrete foundation bearing platform, the radius of foundation is about 10m, and the height is 3m~4m. More than 20 bored piles with a diameter of 1m and a pile length of 17m to 23m are arranged under each fan foundation. In total, more than 350 piles are completed. A total of 17 box-type substations are installed, four of which have natural foundations and concrete independent foundations with a foundation burial depth greater than 1.5m. The rest of the machine is based on a cast-in-place reinforced concrete bearing platform with 3:7 gray soil, and the lower part of the oil tank is filled with 3:7 gray soil, and the bearing platform is buried at a depth of about 1.6m. A grounding network is laid around the foundation of each wind turbine and box-type transformer, and a wind turbine and a box-type transformer together form an independent grounding network. The grounding device uses hot-dip galvanized flat steel, hot-dip galvanized round steel grounding electrode and grounding module.
The project department adopts replaceable foundation prestressing anchor bolt assembly, which solves the problems of traditional buried foundation ring, poor fatigue resistance of prestressing anchor bolt, uneven stress and inconvenient maintenance of later anchor bolt assembly. Due to the large amount of concrete used for each fan foundation, it is a large volume concrete pouring. To prevent concrete cracks, we strictly control the temperature during concrete pouring and the internal and external temperature difference during concrete maintenance. At the same time, the prestressing anchor components, the verticality of the anchor bolts and the horizontal control of the anchor plate are key factors that directly affect the stability of the wind turbine tower, and the construction is difficult.
The project started on June 12, 2021 and was completed on November 05, 2021, lasting 147 days, meeting the requirements of the owner for the construction period. With the joint efforts of all construction personnel, all construction tasks were successfully completed, the project fully met the design and specification requirements, and the project quality met the national specification and design requirements, with a 100% pass rate.
