Commissioned by the general contractor Xindi Energy Engineering Technology Co., Ltd, our company has undertaken the piling works for this project, the construction site is located in Shexian, Handan City, Hebei Province.
More than 360 piles with diameter of 600mm, 670 piles with diameter of 700mm and 60 piles with diameter of 800mm were completed in this project. The construction of this project started on January 6, 2021 and was completed on September 18, 2022, which lasted 256 days, and the construction period of each area met the requirements of the owner.
After the construction was completed, the general contractor commissioned a qualified laboratory to conduct third-party testing. Through ultrasonic testing of pile integrity, the results were all qualified, and the pile length, pile diameter, pile position deviation, pile integrity and single pile bearing capacity all met the design requirements, the foundation pile qualification rate was 100%, and the foundation treatment effect achieved the expected purpose.
During the construction of the project, no safety accidents occurred, ensuring safe and civilized construction and achieving the goal of safe production. Our company was awarded as an excellent subcontractor by the owner, and was given the good evaluation of "strong organizational ability and quick response".
