This project is located in Fuyang, Anhui Province, invested by Anhui Haoyuan Chemical Group Co., Ltd. Our company is responsible for the construction of the pile foundation of this project. The design pile type is rotary bored pile, the design pile length is 32m, the pile diameter is 600mm, and the number of piles is more than 500. Construction started on August 3, 2022 and was successfully completed on October 25, 2022.
The pile top elevation is -4.2m, so it is a key point of this project to control the pile top concrete overfilling and pile head quality during construction. In order to ensure the quality of pile top overfilling and pile head during the construction of pile grouting, the project department procured bamboo poles and made slag-fisher on site to determine the overfilling height through the friction feel of bamboo poles and stones and stone taking by slag-fisher. After excavation inspection, there is no quality problem of pile head on site.
During the construction process, the team, the project department and the supervisor-owner accept the three-level inspection, the quality of borehole formation, the quality of welding of reinforcement cage, and the stability of commercial concrete must be inspected for each pile, so as to control the process quality at all levels, and finally the third-party testing unit tested the trial piles and engineering piles by static load method (testing 6 piles) and low strain (testing ratio is 100%) method, and the passing rate of the testing results is 100%.
