This project is located in Anning, Yunnan Province, investedby Wuhan Iron and Steel Group Kunming Iron and Steel Co., Ltd, and our company is responsible for the construction of bored piles for this project.
The project was started on October 26, 2020 and completed on February 06, 2021, with a total of more than 900 piles of 600mm diameter and 500 piles of 800mm diameter.
The pile length is 25.30m～43.00. The stratum around the pile body is mainly composed of prime fill, clay and sandstone, etc. During the construction, it is necessary to pass through the deepest backfill layer of about 25m, and the hole collapse phenomenon is very likely to occur when the pile is constructed in this stratum. During the construction process, the project department strictly strengthened the quality management, ensured the safety production, complied with the laws, regulations and rules issued by the state and the owner about the civilized construction, did a good job of civilized construction and environmental protection, and successfully completed the project construction task, which was well received by the supervisor and the owner.
Low-strain test, high-strain test, single-pile vertical static load test and single-pile horizontal static load test were conducted by the third-party testing company, and the results of each test met the design requirements.
