This project is located in Singapore, entrusted by Singapore Land Transport Authority, our company is responsible for the pile foundation construction of this project. More than 100 piles of 1500mm diameter with an average length of 40m were completed, the bearing layer is strongly weathered sandy mudstone, the pile end enters the bearing layer more than 1 time of the pile diameter, and the concrete strength grade is C40.
The project started on February 10, 2022, lasted 189 days, and was completed on August 15, 2022. According to the experience accumulated by the company in previous projects, we have formulated many measures to prevent quality problems according to the stratigraphic conditions and work contents of this project. During the whole construction process, there has never been a safety accident, and we always put safety in the first place, actively provided a healthy, safe and environmental protection workplace for everyone, and ensured safe and civilized construction. With the joint efforts of all construction personnel, the construction task was successfully completed, and the construction quality fully met the design and specification requirements, with a 100% pass rate, and met the schedule requirements.
This project summarized the local construction process of bored piles in Singapore, which laid the foundation for the company to undertake similar projects and carry out bored pile construction in Singapore later. During the construction process, we strictly followed the construction organization and design, and conscientiously implemented the company's rules and regulations and design specification requirements, and all indicators met the contract requirements, which were recognized and praised by the supervisor and the owner.
