The project is located in Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, entrusted by Cangzhou Bohai New Area Huimin Heating Co., Ltd, our company is responsible for geotechnical investigation of one high and one medium pressure steam pipeline, and two medium pressure steam branch pipelines, including surveying and setting out, field drilling, in-situ testing (standard penetration test, static cone penetration test), indoor geotechnical experiments (water content test, limit water content test, specific gravity test, particle analysis test, permeability test, natural slope angle, corrosion test of water and soil, etc.) and report compilation. A total of 78 exploration points were completed with a total depth of 2470.0m.
The field investigation period of this project is from February 21 to March 10, 2019, and the report time is March 28, 2019, which lasts 36 days and meets the requirements of the construction period.
There are soft soil layers such as silt and silty powdery clay within the investigation depth of this project. During the investigation, if the relevant experience is lacking or the work is not meticulous, it is easy to judge the soft soil as good soil, which will cause deviation to the design of building foundation, resulting in excessive or uneven settlement of the building, affecting the normal use of the building or even a large engineering accident that endangers the safety of life and property; the field workload is large, the construction period is tight, and the construction time is in winter, so the effective construction time is short and the construction conditions are unfavorable.
In view of the above characteristics and actual situation, during the implementation process, our company carefully planned and organized, actively overcame difficulties, strictly controlled the quality, and fully considered the protection of ecological environment, and soil and water conservation during the investigation to prevent pollution accidents. The project achieved good results in terms of progress, quality, safety and environmental protection, and was fully affirmed and recognized by the owner.
