Dalian Guangming Road Extension Project is located in Dalian, Liaoning Province, invested by Dalian Bay Submarine Tunnel Co., Ltd. The main monitoring contents are convergence around the tunnel, vault subsidence, vertical displacement of the ground surface around the tunnel, contact pressure between the surrounding rock and initial support, internal force of lining, vertical displacement of pipeline, vertical displacement of building, horizontal/vertical displacement of the top of the permanent slope, vertical displacement of the ground surface around the foundation pit, etc.
The monitoring used high-precision total station, electronic level, frequency readout and laser distance meter and other high-precision instruments. The monitoring started on August 23, 2020, and ended on February 28, 2023, which lasted 919 days. On April 15, 2023, all the results were completed and submitted, providing reliable monitoring data for the construction company's tunnel excavation and ensuring the construction safety of the project, which was well received by the owner and the supervisor.
