The wind turbine foundation project is located in Jiuquan City, Gansu Province, and invested by Gansu Guazhou Baofeng Wind Energy Development Co., Ltd. The foundation of the wind turbine adopts round table type reinforced concrete foundation bearing platform, the radius of the foundation is 10.8m, the height from the top surface of the bedding layer to the top surface of the bearing platform is 4m, and the thickness of the bedding layer is 150mm. A total of 32 box-type substations are installed, with natural foundations and concrete independent foundations, the foundation buried depth is more than 1.5m, and the bearing platform buried depth is about 2m. The grounding grid is laid around the foundation of each wind turbine and box-type substations foundation, and one wind turbine and one box-type substations together form an independent grounding grid. The grounding device adopts hot-dip galvanized flat steel, hot-dip galvanized round steel earth electrode and grounding module.
This foundation project utilized replaceable foundation prestressing anchor bolt assemblies to facilitate maintenance of the anchor bolt assemblies. Anchor bolts can be replaced manually by pre-drilling holes in the upper and lower anchor plates. Compared with the traditional buried foundation ring, the prestressing anchor bolt has good fatigue resistance and uniform stress, and the foundation concrete is always under pressure and has good durability.
The project started on March 01, 2023 and completed on September 01, 2023, which lasted 180 days, meeting the requirements of the owner for the construction period. The quality of the project fully meets the design and specification requirements, with a pass rate of 100%.
