Zhangye Power Plant 2×1000 MW Coal-Fired Unit Expansion Project of Gansu Electric Power Investment Group Co., Ltd. is located in Zhangye City, invested by Gansu Electric Power Investment Group Co., Ltd. A total of 1,355 rotary bored piles were completed, including 1,005 piles with pile diameter of 1,000 mm and 350 piles with pile diameter of 800 mm.
The project started on April 25, 2023 and concluded on October 08, 2023. After third-party testing, the pass rate was 100%. Through many experiments during the construction process, polymer chemical mud was used for construction, which reduced the cost and improved the construction efficiency, and the project participated in the company's scientific research project plan - “Application of Polymer Chemical Mud in Rotary Bored Piles in Sand Stratum”.
This project is in strict accordance with the contract requirements to do a good job of site safety and civilization construction, achieve occupational health and safety and environmental management “zero accident” target, and get the praise of the supervisor and owner.
