This project is located in Huanghua City, Hebei Province. Commissioned by Xingtai Xinye Metallurgy Materials Co.,Ltd., we conducted a geotechnical engineering investigation for the aluminum hydroxide and new materials production project. The scope includes surveying and setting out, drilling, in-situ testing, geotechnical laboratory analysis, and report compilation. A total of 2,050 exploration boreholes were completed, with a cumulative drilling depth of 97,065 meters.
The project faced multiple complex technical challenges:
1. Unique Geological Conditions: The site is characterized by coastal complex strata, with a shallow and seasonally fluctuating groundwater table. The shallow layers contain thick miscellaneous fill composed of industrial solid waste (e.g., steel slag), exhibiting high permeability and corrosiveness.
2. Structural Specificity: The area includes clusters of equipment foundations with varying burial depths and significant variations in unit loads, necessitating highly precise borehole layout planning.
3. Organizational Complexity: The construction schedule was exceptionally tight, requiring meticulous coordination.
Commencing on February 10, 2025, the project delivered the investigation reports on April 9, 2025, spanning 59 days. The reports were divided into seven regional sections. Adhering to contractual obligations, our company upheld principles of local adaptation, comprehensive planning, and rational allocation of human and equipment resources. Despite challenges, strict quality standards were maintained, ensuring timely or early completion of all phases. The deliverables met relevant specifications and requirements, with outstanding achievements in safety and environmental protection: zero safety incidents and zero ecological damage were recorded. These efforts earned high praise and recognition from the client.
