At 11:22 AM on April 19, 2025, amidst the burst of fireworks and the crackling of firecrackers, the main structure of the Jiankan No.1 Courtyard Project was successfully topped out. Sun Yunqing, Chairman of the Group Company’s Labor Union, alongside representatives from Hainan Real Estate Company, Ninth Company, Tenth Company, and Property Management Company, gathered at the site to witness this pivotal moment.
Chairman Sun delivered a speech on behalf of the Group Company, expressing deep respect to the project builders who had worked tirelessly day and night, as well as heartfelt gratitude to leaders and partners for their support. Since its commencement on April 8, 2024, the project team had overcome challenges with unwavering dedication, completing the main structure 11 days ahead of schedule. This achievement not only showcased the “CHCI Speed” but also embodied the Group Company’s commitment to craftsmanship. He urged all employees to maintain their spirit of “unity, perseverance, continuous learning, and integrity,” focusing on creating a “high-quality project and safe construction site” to ensure timely delivery and realize the goal of “issuing property ownership certificates upon handover.”
Following the topping-out of all eight residential buildings, the project will transition to secondary structure work, interior and exterior decoration, equipment installation, and landscape construction. It is expected to be completed and ready for inspection by the end of the year. Hainan Real Estate Company and the Ninth Company pledged to leverage this milestone to enhance scientific management, ensure quality, accelerate progress, and fulfill their promise to deliver “excellent projects” and “well-built homes.”
