Located in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, this project is invested by Hebei Chengxin Group Co., Ltd. It comprises a 22-story office building, a 7-story hotel, a 3-story multi-functional exhibition hall, and a 3-story underground garage. The Group Company undertook the tasks of deep foundation pit support and earthwork removal.
The foundation pit has a planar dimension of 125 meters by 80 meters, with a perimeter of approximately 392 meters and an excavation depth ranging from 14.0 to 15.6 meters. The support structure adopted a system of single-row piles combined with pre-stressed anchor cables, supplemented by composite soil nailing walls and shotcrete support in the ramp areas. Construction of the support piles commenced on July 4, 2024, and was fully completed with the backfilling of the foundation pit on December 26, 2025, fulfilling all contractual responsibilities.
Facing multiple uncertainties inherent in deep foundation pit construction, the project team demonstrated exceptional adaptability and collaborative capability. In response to the protection requirements for a nearby communication signal tower, the team worked closely with the design unit to promptly refine the plan and add a fifth row of anchor cables, ensuring zero impact on the surrounding facilities. Under the dual constraints of environmental protection regulations and rainy season construction, the team scientifically allocated resources and rationally arranged work sequences, guaranteeing the timely completion of critical milestones.
Throughout the entire project, there were zero safety accidents and no environmental pollution incidents. Quality acceptance was successful; the foundation pit remained stable, and the support structure proved reliable, fully meeting design specifications and code requirements.
