The project is located in the community of Shishan, Yefushan Town, Lujiang County, about 17 km northeast of Lujiang, the southeast side is adjacent to the G346 national highway. Plant construction covers a total area of 199,074 square meters, this plant proposed to build things include production lines, storage and auxiliary facilities, etc. Our company is responsible for the foundation treatment (dynamic compaction construction) and pile foundation construction of this project. The project completed concrete grouting volume of about 12,800m³, including 183 bored piles of 800mm diameter and 13-26m pile length, 529 bored piles of 1000mm diameter and 13-28.6m pile length, 54 bored piles of 1400mm diameter and 18-25.5m pile length, a total of 766 bored piles, completed 6000 KN·m dynamic compaction construction about 65,000㎡.
The work contents mainly include surveying and setting out, rotary drilling of bored cast-in-place pile, fabrication and placement of reinforcement cage, concrete grouting, outward transportation of drilling slag, dynamic compaction construction, etc. The construction started on March 11, 2021 and was completed on July 15, which lasted 126 days and met the nodal period and total duration requirements of the owner.
Through sampling inspection, 297 pile foundations have reached the qualified level and meet the acceptance requirements, 94.2% for class I piles, 5.8% for class II piles and no class III piles, which meet the acceptance requirements of the owner. 8 single piles are selected for vertical compression test, 8 piles are sampled by core drilling method, and 15 points are selected for shallow plate load test. The bearing capacity and strength all meet the design requirements.
During the construction period, we actively coordinated with the owner, the general contractor, the designer, the supervisor and other units, well completed the task objectives of each project, won the unanimous praise of the owner and the supervisor, and laid a good foundation for the undertaking of subsequent construction tasks.
