The substation piling project of 500kV Tianxing Power Transmission Project is located in the village of Little Listen Lake, Ganhe Township, Yanshan County, Wenshan Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, surrounded by hilly terrain with convenient transportation. The current civil construction work is the main project of the station area. The pile foundation adopts mechanical hole-forming and grouting pile, the bearing layer is ③ layer of medium weathered bedrock, the pile length is about 6 m～28 m, the diameter of the pile is 600 mm and 800 mm.
The project started on September 28, 2020, and completed on February 3, 2021, which took 129 days to complete all construction tasks in quality, quantity and safety. During the construction process, according to the survey report and advance drilling report, there are more cavities in the pile foundation construction area. At the same time, according to the requirements of the construction drawings, the difference in pile length of bearing pile cannot exceed the pile spacing, the minimum pile length is 6 meters, the geological situation is special, some holes need to construct in 2 to 10 meters of rock layer, which made the construction more difficult. In view of the characteristics of the project, a variety of cutting pick with alloy strips and alloy beans were used for the construction, which completed the construction task with high efficiency, ensured the quality of the project and ensured that there were no accidents of safety and production.
Through the joint acceptance and inspection of the construction organization, the design organization, the supervision organization and the construction organization, the quality and construction data meet the provisions of relevant standards, and all meet the requirements.
