The project is invested by Yunnan Hongtai New Material Co., Ltd. (Shandong Weiqiao Aluminum Power Co., Ltd.). The proposed site is located in xiaotinghu village about 8km to the east of the north of Yanshan County, between the four natural villages of Chushu, Ma'anshan, Xiaotinghu and Baibulang, and the site is located in the transition zone from the north edge of Yanshan basin to low and middle mountains. Our company undertook the construction of pile foundation, which includes surveying and setting out, drilling, rebar cage fabrication and installation, concrete pouring, and sludge transportation.
The project started on January 14, 2020 and completed on April 15, 2021. The main workload includes 7,416 piles of 600 mm diameter, 5,079 piles of 800 mm diameter and 1,030 plain concrete piles of 600mm diameter. The pile qualification rate is 100%, including 1,450 piles with low strain test, 249 piles with high strain test and 68 piles with static load test, and the test results all meet the design requirements and are all qualified.
During the construction period, we carried forward our excellent style of work, worked seriously, meticulously and unitedly, took the initiative to overcome the many difficulties encountered, completed the construction task with quality, quantity and success, achieved the safety and quality management objectives, won the unanimous approval of the owner and supervision organization, and laid a solid foundation for the successful undertaking of the second phase of the pile foundation project.
