The project is located in Jinjie Town Industrial Park, Shenmu City, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, our company mainly undertook the construction of 12 trial piles and 24 anchor piles in the cement plant area of Shenmu Shenxin New Materials Co. There are 12 trial piles and 24 anchor piles with diameter of 800mm, pile length of 41m and 51m, C35 concrete. The total design volume was 838.26m³.
The trial pile construction started on July 8, 2021 and completed on July 19, 2021, lasting 12 days. The 12 test piles and 24 anchor piles constructed were tested by the testing company and all of them met the requirements.
In the process of construction, due to the casing used is 12m long, the verticality of the shoring was easy to fail to meet the requirements in the process of lowering. Through the discussion of the project department, two guiding rules were adopted to form an angle of 90 °, and the verticality of the pile casing was continuously monitored during the pile casing lowering process, which effectively ensured the verticality of the pile casing, improved the success rate of one-time pile casing lowering and saved the time of pile casing lowering.
