The project is located in Qinzhou Port, Guangxi. Entrusted by Guangxi Huayi New Materials Co., Ltd., our company undertakes the pile foundation construction of this project. In this project, our company adopts our own construction method of " pile and column integrated construction", placement of long casing with long arm excavator vibration, standardized slurry pool, rapid mechanical connection, rotary drilling rig and other construction processes and new methods. A total of 4,093 bored piles and 1,759 PHC pipe piles were completed.
This project has many characteristics such as tight construction period, concentrated workload, scattered site, shortage of materials, etc. Through the scientific organization and planning of our company, more than 300 personnel have been actively deployed, more than 30 sets of equipment have been invested, ensuring the steady progress of the construction period. Construction of the project began on October 23, 2020, and all pile foundation construction tasks were completed on November 6, 2021. We successfully completed the delivery of pile foundations of 4 cryogenic tank sets and the corresponding auxiliary facilities, which was unanimously praised by all personnel of the owner and supervision unit.
The final test results of this project are as follows:
(1) 17 piles tested in static load test for vertical compressive bearing capacity, all of which passed and met the contract and design requirements.
(2) 1,415 piles tested by low strain, all of which passed and met the contract and design requirements.
(3) 160 piles tested by acoustic waves, all of which passed and met the contract and design requirements.
(4) 18 piles were tested for pullout resistance, all of which passed and met the contract and design requirements.
In this project, our company combined with the construction experience of similar projects, adopted reasonable construction techniques, and won the trust of the owner with strict safety and quality management, which has laid a good foundation for the subsequent cooperation.
