The project is located in Lufeng, Shanwei City, Guangdong Province, entrusted by Lufeng Baolihua New Energy Power Co., Ltd., our company undertook the pile foundation construction of the project, a total of 74 piles were completed, including 32 piles with a diameter of 1,000 mm and 42 piles with a diameter of 800 mm. The piles are rock-embedded piles, and the design requires that the depth of the embedded in moderately weathered rock layer is not less than 1D.
The main geological conditions of this project are complex, the upper part is backfilled with blocks, the particle size varies from 10cm-40cm, the thickness is between 1m-8m, during the punching process, the layer is prone to collapse and leakage, making it difficult to drill. In order to ensure the construction quality and construction progress, the follow-up casing method is used, and the progressive plugging method is proposed for the holes below the casing.
The construction of the pile was started on September 3, 2020 and completed on October 27, 2020, with a construction period of 55 days. Since the start of the project, we have overcome the adverse conditions such as the impact of the epidemic in Guangdong and the complex geological conditions, and the project department has actively coordinated and communicated with the designer, supervision department, owner and other units, and has well completed the pile foundation construction task of the contract, which has been unanimously praised by all units and laid the foundation for the follow-up project.
