The Project is located in Ordos City, Inner Mongolia, invested by Inner Mongolia Huineng Coal Chemical Co., Ltd., and our company is responsible for the construction of pile foundation.
The pile diameter of this project is 600mm and 800mm, and the pile length is 25m~35m. with ⑧1 layer of silty mudstone and fine sandstone soil layer as the holding layer, the full section of the pile end enters the holding layer 1~1.5m, if the coal seam is encountered, it should penetrate the coal seam and should enter 0.3~0.5m below the coal seam, concrete strength grade is C30.
The project started construction on October 5, 2018 and was completed on April 10, 2019, lasting 187 days, completing 890 piles, and the total amount of concrete perfusion was about 10,500 m³. After the completion of the construction, t was tested and accepted by the owner, which was 100% qualified. Among them, there were 3 piles were tested by horizontal bearing capacity test, 3 piles were tested by static load test, 3 piles were tested by pullout test, 93 piles were tested by high strain and 305 piles were tested by low strain, all of which met the design bearing capacity requirements.
During the construction period, all the staff of the project department worked together to take measures according to the characteristics of the project, ensured the material supply of the project, ensured the construction period, strengthened safety management, attached importance to environmental protection work, and did not have any safety accidents and environmental pollution accidents during the construction, successfully completed the construction task, and received unanimous praise from the owner and the supervision unit.
