The project is located on the seashore of Sihanoukville Port in Sihanoukville, Cambodia. Entrusted by Huadian Xigang Power Generation Co., Ltd., our company undertakes the pile foundation construction of this project. There are 95 piles of 800mm diameter piles with an average length of 29.38m on land of this project. There are 19 bored piles of 1000mm diameter with an average length of 33.47m and 4 bored piles of 1200mm diameter with an average length of 30m in the sea. The concrete strength class is C40. The bearing layer of this project is moderately wathered siltstone, and the pile end enters the bearing layer more than 1 times the pile diameter.
The project started on January 21, 2021, with a total contract period of 140 calendar days. With the joint efforts of all construction personnel, the 118 piles constructed were all tested to meet the specifications and no safety, quality or environmental accidents occurred.
In the construction of this project, a rotary drilling rig power head with noise reduction device developed by us earlier was adopted, and the noise release met the specification requirements, which won the unanimous praise of the supervisor and owner.
