On May 28, 2025, the Group Company successfully passed the surveillance audit for its Intellectual Property Compliance Management System (IPCMS), conducted by Zhongzhi (Beijing) Certification Co., Ltd. This achievement reaffirms the Group Company’s authoritative recognition in standardized intellectual property (IP) management and demonstrates its expertise in technological innovation and IP protection.
The audit took place from May 26 to 28, 2025, strictly adhering to the national standard GB/T 29490-2023 (Requirements for Enterprise Intellectual Property Compliance Management Systems). It covered IP management across the Group Company’s core business scopes, including:
1. Design and construction of municipal, construction, civil air defense, and environmental engineering projects;
2. Geological hazard prevention, investigation, and remediation;
3. Engineering surveys and measurements.
The audit scope encompassed the executive leadership and key departments such as the Technology & Quality Management Department, Safety & Production Management Department, Human Resources Department, Financial Department, Legal Affairs Department, General Administration Office, and all production units.
Expert from Zhongzhi (Beijing) Certification comprehensively evaluated the operation of the IPCMS through document reviews, on-site inspections, and personnel interviews. He highly commended the system’s sustained compliance, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement outcomes, affirming that it effectively supports the Group Company’s innovation-driven growth and risk mitigation.
